Communication through agency-related social media is considered a public record under KRS 171.410(1) and will be managed under the terms of KRS 171.410 through 171.740 and 725 KAR Chapter 1.
Since January, a committee of Warren County officials have been researching, studying, and listening to create an animal nuisance ordinance to provide protection to Warren County citizens.
Throughout this process, there have been multiple meetings and conversations with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, Warren County Agriculture Extension Office, Warren County Cattlemen, Warren County Farm Bureau, Warren County Goat and Sheep producers, Warren County Pork Producer, and representatives from stockyards, in addition to the many citizens who expressed support and concerns from the first version that was shared.
There have been great conversations, concerns, and recommendations to help create an animal nuisance ordinance that ensures a safer Warren County!

Starting Monday, September 14th, Dillard Road will be closed to through traffic between the Summit entrance and 1828 Dillard Road for road work.
The road is expected to remain closed for approximately 3 weeks. Message boards will be placed to help guide traffic.
