In Loving Memory of Jessie Varner
February 4, 1949 – June 25, 2026

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Jessie Varner, who faithfully served on the Warren County Code Enforcement Board for more than 10 years.

Jessie was a thoughtful leader whose wisdom, fairness, and steady voice helped guide our board through many important decisions. More importantly, he was a kind friend who cared deeply about our community.

Board meetings won't be the same without his presence, but his legacy of integrity, compassion, and public service will continue to inspire us.

On behalf of the Warren County Code Enforcement Board and staff, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Jessie's family and loved ones. We are so thankful for his dedicated service to Warren County. He will be greatly missed.
