Work Request

Warren County has released a new work request portal for citizens to use to do things like:

• Request information
• Report code enforcement issue (outside the City of Bowling Green)
• Report litter
• Report a road department issue
• Report a stormwater management issue

1. Click “Create Account” if you are a new user and submit your account information
2. Check your email to verify the account information
3. In the portal, either click a pin on the map or enter your address in the search bar in the top right of the map to find your location
4. Click “Create Work Request”
5. Select work type, which will include the following options:
   • Request information
   • Report code enforcement issue (outside the City of Bowling Green)
   • Report litter
   • Report a road department issue
   • Report a stormwater management issue
6. Type in your request details in the “Description” field
7. Optional: attach photos to upload
8. Click “Submit work request” – and you’re done!

NOTE: Any requests received within City limits of Bowling Green or Annex will be declined.
