Warren County Parks and Recreation is proud to be a partner agency with Feeding America for distribution of TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) and CSFP (Commodity Supplemental Food Program) in Warren County. This program is coordinated from the Ephram White Gymnasium at 885 Mt Olivet Rd, Bowling Green, KY.

Countywide Distribution Schedule for Winter 2022 - Spring 2023

Ephram White Gymnasium, 885 Mt. Olivet Road, Bowling Green:

  • 2nd Monday of each month
  • 9:00-11:00am

TEFAP Details:

  1. Pick up on the 2 nd Monday of each month.
  2. Can only pick up once per calendar month.
  3. Must be a Warren County Resident.
  4. Must meet income guidelines.
    • If picking up for someone else, you must have a letter from that person each time you pick up. The letter must include:
      • Name of person picking up
      • Total number of household members
      • Gross monthly income
    • Must have a piece of mail that shows full name and address of the person you are picking up for in order to verify Warren County residency.
  5. If you are unable to pick up on 2nd Monday, you may pick up at Ephram White Gymnasium Monday – Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, as long as items are still available. You must ALWAYS call first to ensure that items are available.

CSFP Details:

  1. CALL Ephram White Gymnasium 270-282-8610 Monday – Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm to get prequalified.
  2. COME to Ephram White Gymnasium Monday – Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm to fill out paperwork and receive initial CSFP OR COME to one of the distribution days to complete paperwork (must show proof of age and residence; a Driver’s License can do both.)
  3. The certification for assistance is valid for 1 year for seniors (60+).
  4. Seniors can designate up to two individuals to pick up on their behalf.
  5. Can only pick up once per calendar month at one of our distribution locations listed above.
