Welcome to the Warren County Clerk's office.
The most vital role of the County Clerk's office is to maintain the legal depository for all County records. Filing of deeds, mortgages, leases, lis pendens, wills, notary commissions, marriage license, and many more records that are beneficial to our society.
They also handle the registrations for all the vehicles within our county. Another important duty is overseeing the Election process, registering voters, obtaining precinct location, hiring precinct officers and tallying the votes on Election Day.
The office is divided into four branches:
- Tax Collection
- Land Records
With the ever-changing world of technology, clerks along with their staff are expected to operate computer software that meets the demands that are placed upon our offices.
